There was a lot of communication back and forth between myself and the staff there. Overall their responses were fast, however a couple times I had to email them back after no response. Installation day went very well. There were a few minor problems with the doors that popped up after installation, all of which were fixed promptly and free of charge.
Regarding quality - the doors themselves are fantastic (Therma-Tru brand) but the hardware we bought from their supplier doesn't match the quality of the doors. If I did it over, I would buy my own handles/deadbolts and not use their supplier.
