I put n/a on the price because I contracted for the work with our comparison pricing, based upon the courtesy and knowledge of the business owner, who approached us on a door to door canvas. He answered all our questions promptly, and we were confident of his knowledge of the business. All aspects of the work were of high quality. Many hours were spent, and the workers were courteous, quiet, and careful and thorough. Cleanup was excellent.

They responded quickly to my email about getting an estimate, they were able to start the job in a few days and would be done already except for the rain. They found an additional problem that needs repairing and again, if it weren't for the weather they would be finished. They have contacted us each day to tell us if they were going to be able to work. They are always polite and very respectful and seem genuinely concerned about getting the house finished.

D&D Restoration llc performed several masonry projects on my 1927 royal oak home I originally contracted D&D to to service my chimney. Over the last few years I have noticed that little pieces of of brick n cement are always on my roof no matter how many times my son removes them. This spring I started to notice water marks on my ceiling I contacted D&D from a flyer left on my door I called the number on the flyer and spoke with Nick I expressed my urgency and he came out that same day . Nick came out with his name n picture on a business id .He climbed on my roof and took pictures showing me all the problem areas providing me with the solution and a plan to prevent this from happening again . Nick was very knowledgeable he explained everything where I understood the process of what he was doing. He made me feel very confident about hes experience. After talking with him I showed him a couple other areas on my home . He ended up walking my whole home giving me a free masonry inspection . Nick found several other issues like broken brick on my porch and some step cracking along the side of my home he explained how my gutters caused alot of my problems .he presented me with a estimate that I thought was reasonable plus there zero money down policy also was a big reason why D&D was chosen . D&D matched The mortar on my home almost perfect so did the replacement brick. When they left my yard was cleaner then when they came . D&D even did my neighbor s the next day I would recommend D&D to any one in need any brickwork

I received a knock on at my front door which at first I reluctant to answer, but I'm glad I did. Not knowing what the man was needing or selling for that matter, his appearance was neat and had a name tag showing his name, company name and phone number which eased my mind. He introduced himself as Sean (the owner of the company) and told me about and invited me to drive down 2 blocks over to see a home they were repairing that had basically the same chimney and porch issues we had, as they are near identical homes. My husband and I had already been talking since the summer before how we wanted to have someone check out our home. He offered me a free home inspection, which I accepted. He took pictures of the chimney up close so he could show and explain the cause, and explain the solution and process to repair. Hearing it explained in a way for me to understand along with seeing the pictures helped a lot. He offered a free proposal, and I told him I would get back with him as soon as my husband returned from work and we could discuss. We ended up calling him back a few hours later as we had a few more questions, and he came back the same day to answer in person, which built confidence with us. After we felt every question we had was answered, we decided to go though with it and we couldn't be happier. The brick match and tuckpointing were amazing. The friendliness of the staff was great. They were very respectful and didn't leave any mess. 2 weeks later I received a call from Sean who is the owner, just to make sure everything was still satisfactory to us, and it was. Great experience, and have recommended quite a few times now.
