Anthony placed 4 bait boxes to poison the voles and approximately 5 days later I begun to find carcass' of dead voles on my lawn . He stated that you cannot easily poison moles, the most effective way is to set traps. We had to wait until the weather warmed and the soil was soft, so that they can be trapped when they are actively tunneling. He stated that very likely I was only dealing with one mole. Through Anthony's experience and knowledge he indicated which area of my property that the mole was residing. He set the traps and 30 minutes after he left one of the two traps engaged. The next day he checked that trap and found a very dead mole.
The things that I most appreciated were Anthony's knowledge, professionalism, keeping me posted of the job progression and effectiveness of the work that he and Critter Control did. Great job, I couldn't be happier.

They recommended some repairs to the roof and were very knowledgable. They walked through the attic and took photos showing me where the problems were.

Great - Steve was great and got the job done - he did an initial inspection, put down a trap (caught one with in days), came back to remove the animal, gave me an estimate on the spot for further prevention, came back and did the work - he was respectful of my time and just nice to work with. The last trip he had another person with him and they both were professional and did a great job!
