The company was quick to come out and provide an estimate (and take the deposit), but then I didn't hear a thing until I inquired. After a month, I called to find out when they were coming out to finish the project...had to leave a message. Bob called back and provided a 2-week wait for the glass (no worries). After three weeks, didn't hear anything. Called and left a message. Bob called back and gave a date. Date rolls around, first appointment missed and rescheduled. Second appointment missed and rescheduled. On the third try, the installer called to let me know they ran into some issues at another job and it would be later in the day than they had thought (no worries). Called Bob to find out when this was going to happen...as it was quickly approaching close of business hours...had to leave a message. Installer calls me back to let me know that they should be there about 7:00 PM. At about 8:00 PM, the installers show up. Not a huge deal, I just wouldn't have taken the day off work if I had been provided a heads up. Bob calls after the installers are already working, telling me that they should be there soon (huh?) Windows were not primed white, as requested and written on the estimate. At that point, I didn't want to mess with it and had them primed and painted correctly by someone else. Overall, their installer was awesome and did a great job. I get that things come up in the field and it wouldn't have been such a big deal with a phone call. I felt like I had to nag these guys to get any answers. I felt the cost was a little too high and the wait was way too long for the simple replacement that we had. Ordered same glass (size and type) from the shop that supplies them (Rochester)...took 5 business days, not 4 weeks.

This company worked around my schedule to get my windows installed between trips I had scheduled.
John came out to measure and told me approx. time when they would be made and coming in.  They came in right on time!
The company called before arriving to install....Berry the  head installer  and his assistant  were excellent!  It is great to see someone that knows what they are doing!! The guys set up all their table for cutting in the driveway.  They worked inside and outside.  When walking around the house to see the job done, everything was picked up out of my gardens!! Inside they brought in a vacuum and cleaned up after themselves.  Every time they came into the house they took their shoes off so not to dirty carpets or floors...
They made sure that all the windows opened and closed and were sealed around the window with caulking.  All molding was
put back into place like it had never been moved.  I am thrilled with the work done and would highly recommend this company.
It is wonderful to see workers that actually put pride into their work!!!

Two workers arrived on time.  Both were professional and courteous. The work took almost 2 hours.  While most of the work was conducted outside, they had to do some indoors in order to remove a window.  The carpet was covered and when they finished, everything was spotless.   It is difficult to match sash trim to the original, but it would be difficult for someone to tell their replacement from the original.  There were no visible construction nail holes in the new window sash as was the case with competitor (IWR) and all parts (brick molding, sill nose pieces, and window sash) were painted a neutral color.   The inside of the sash was deliberately not painted to allow an owner to stain it if necessary.

They replaced the glass and replaced all of the wood with cypress. They were very high quality and did very good work.
