Their price was really good. He is a really good honest guy. We are really glad that we found them. He is reliable and knowledgeable. He has years of experience. He came out at 9 o'clock at night. He is very professional and he wears booties on his shoes.

We smelled gas. We called the guy who put in the hot water heater and he said there was no leak. We still smelled gas and knew of Mike's Heating and Cooling and the extreme professionalism he provided the last time he was at our house. He brought in a tool and discovered 2 different leaks. He fixed them. He has extensive knowledge and knew the hot water heater had to light up for the leak to be exposed. We are fortunate and grateful for such a great company.

Michael is very knowledgeable about fuel oil furnaces, which is an expertise that is increasingly hard to come by. Our furnace - a combination wood and oil burner - dates from the early 1980s. Not many repairmen are thoroughly at home with fuel oil furnaces, and even fewer are knowledgeable about the wood/oil combinations. Overall, it was a pleasure. He was professional, competent, pleasant and fair. I should add that his reputation in this rural area is excellent.
