We tried Comfort Zone among several providers because it quoted the lowest price.  The highest quote was $430 from A rated provider from Angies list.  Another quote was $150.

They came on time.  The owner (apparently) and two workers.

I saw how they did.  They grabbed leaves and branches piled on the gutter cover and washed the gutters afterwards.  They did all gutters of our home (2900 sq. ft, two story building).

The work was done in one hour.  They did not charge extra.  They did not try to sell other services.

Despite some mixed reviews (which concerned me), I think that they are honest and did excellent services.

a good value. I thought the team was a little rough around the edges and left a little of a mess. I made a good choice price wise and quality wise.

Not very happy.  His equipment kept breaking down.  He had insulation everywhere.  His equipment was falling apart so the hose kept breaking open which cause the insulation to go everywhere.  He had a young guy doing all of the work.  I wasn't happy with his equipment or attitude.  The mortar around the windows is already falling out.  The younger gentlemen that did this work stated that he would come out and fix it and I told him to come back out when it is warmer out.  He wanted me to give a good review on Angie's List before the work was completed but waited and happy I did.

The blown in insulation went great .We are very happy with the job they did.

As far as adding new vent hoses and side vent well it could have gone better. The handy man doing the work had a hard time getting the idea I wanted the new vents to go out the same hole as the old ones did He wanted to add new roof style vent and cover up or glue shut the old ones. He did do what I wanted but he did not hook them up . I had to call him back out to repair his mistake..

Just a few days ago we had to hire another company to repair the work the first guy did not do .NONE  OF MY VENT HOSES WERE HOOKED UP AND WE HAVE BEEN VENTING EVERYTHING INTO THE ATTIC FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS. THE NEW LINES HE SAID HE PUT ON WERE JUST DRADED OVER THE VENT AND LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE HOOKED UP. THE MAIN BATH WAS THE WORST . NOTHING WAS ATTACHED AT ALL .If  you get work done with this guy be sure to get pictures or double check his work .They  will never be back in my house again.

I had been having a terrible problem with frozen pipes during this awful winter. I called this company because of Angie's List reviews to see if they could help me. The owner, Bill, and the person who actually did the work, Matthew, came and checked out my situation. My home is 83 years old and the age of the house often causes problem for companies and workers used to more modern houses with accessible plumbing and dry wall. Comfort Zone reassured me that they could handle it. He brought two others with him to help. It was an all day job and some glitches and unforeseen difficulties cropped up. But by the end of the day, things seemed to be in order and the problems taken care of. It was very messy work, but they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves and I appreciated that as I don't always see that practice when I hire people. Bill the owner said several times that he was guaranteeing that my pipes were finished freezing and I believe him. I won't be able to check that until we get those frigid days with below zero wind chills again, but I believe that if there is an issue, this company will honor that unwritten guarantee. I was very satisfied dealing with the company and with Bill and Matthew. They seemed to take pride in their work and I felt they were honest with me throughout. I would use them again and recommend them as well. A bonus was the 10% discount given to Angie's List members which save me about $170.

The owner said several times that he was guaranteeing that my pipes were finished freezing and I believe him. I won't be able to check that until we get those frigid days with below zero wind chills again, but I believe that if there is an issue, this company will honor that unwritten guarantee." Unfortunately, the freeze came this week and the pipes froze again. The owner of the company came out to look when I called, but nothing was done. He told me he would have his crew put more insulation on an exposed pipe "when we have a job in your area." He advised I aim a small heater on the pipes. I did so for 12 hours. No luck. So, this morning, I had to pay the plumber $275 to unfreeze my pipes. It certainly looks now as if my $1700 from last March was a waste of money. If this company shows up soon to back up their guarantee, I will update this review again. As of now, I am very disappointed.

The work was beautifully done.  The workers were all very pleasant and courteous.  Our house is much warmer.  they cleaned up all the mess.  Would not have known they were there.

After having a bad quote experience with another insulation contractor, Bill Neubecker was a delight.  He was punctual, honest,  and professional.  There was no hint of high pressure sales like the first contractor.  You can trust Mr. Neubecker years of knowledgeable experience.  His crew members were just as professional and did a superb job of clean-up.  I would highly recommend Comfort Zone for anything I might need.

Bill Neubecker, the owner, came out personally to give us the estimate and visited a couple of times to supervise.  The crew was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional, arriving promptly each morning and cleaning up each evening.  It is very messy work, but there was only a little dust and debris left visible afterwards.  The work took less than four days from start to finish.  We learned a lot about our house in the process!   Since there was absolutely nothing in the walls before, we're expecting a big difference in comfort and expense this winter.   We were very pleasantly surprised by the value we received for a very reasonable price.

Prompt, on-time service. Crew was courteous, tidy, and very proficient at their work. Dealing with Comfort Zone was easy and uneventful, which is the way it should be. I'm satisfied and will recommend this contractor to my neighbors.
