Chuck D tree service

Chuck D does terrible work, only has one working pole-saw and does not stand up to his word. He sent out Chris to give us estimate, Chris was professional and said he could do the work we were asking which involved trimming some trees and removing limb over our vinyl privacy fence and our boat. When the crew showed up, Chris who is owner/in charge started complaining about not being able to work around the fence and the boat. He said that Chris should have never said we could do that. However when Chris arrived shortly after, he tried to calm down the erratic Chuck by saying he could do it & everything was ok. The crew worked well and most of work was done, until Chuck ONE AND ONLY POLE-CHAINSAW broke, he told me that he would come back in next couple days to finish up the trimming job which looked like a horrible hack job. I showed picture to a friend who said "it looks like a Halloween prop tree", it was just horrible and uneven all over. Chuck did not return for 1 week. He repeatedly told us a time and then cancelled or changed the time and never showed. He ignored texts & once I left him voicemail angrily saying we were fed up with waiting with no update...we wasted two whole saturdays and he never showed up. Then after leaving a frustrated voicemail, he replied in text telling me i was crazy & used vulgar language to me. I should have not paid the entire amount until he returned to finish after his equipment broke. But I never expected him to not return as it was literally less than 20 mins of work left. He is so unprofessional, has such basic tools... and is angry and disrespectful to customer. Beware!!
