Fast and efficient

I sent a chat to Angie on a Tuesday evening and got a call from All Drain, LLC early the next morning. I explained to him the problem of a terrible smell in my laundry room and living area that I’d been dealing with for over a month. I had another contractor out to connect a disconnected sewer line, and do underbelly work but the smell was still there after 3 weeks. Billy came out and checked it out at 10am that same morning. He assessed and knew exactly what the problem was. He came out early the next day, Thursday, and got it all fixed along with some other issues I didn’t know I had. No more smell!! He was a Godsend and I’m very pleased with his workmanship, promptness, and kindness. Recommend very highly!

First off, Bill was amazing! He called me promptly and was very polite, clearly explaining what he believed the problem was and what time he would arrive. Not only did they fix the drain, but they also identified a larger issue I was experiencing. They are great guys who offer fair prices! I plan on hiring them to address the main sewer line and make all necessary updates to my home! Thank you Bill!

My grandchild flush a small bottle down the toilet accidentally and we?l that didnt go down so well. Here it is , Sunday and a holiday weekend between Christmas and new years . I made a call to All Drains and within 45 minutes Bill was here and after some hard work and removing the toilet before I knew it, I had a working toilet again! Thank you Bill!

Did not resolve water backing in basement after installation of back flows which I was told would fix my problem. Then Bill came up with sorry excuse why back flow preventer didn?t resolve the problem. The work is not neat at all busting basement floor up & a waste of thousands of dollars. Had to call another plumbing company now paying double for same issue & again busting up basement floor who got me good to go. So they cost me money x2, personal time x2, & headache.

Little more expensive but job well done

Bill was very helpful and explained the entire process. The crew was great, had the job finished in a few hours. They were polite and on time. The best part was that they cleaned up after themselves and did not leave me a mess to clean up from. Definitely would recommend.

All Drains did a wonderful job repairing our sewage issue. (Water was backing up in the basement because of a cracked pipe). They were very experienced and got the job done in one day! Bill and his crew are very knowledgeable and did not cut any cornersâ ¦.they did the job right! Weâ re very happy with the results.

Of course, here is the revised review including the additional information: Beware of All Drains LLC: Potential Scam Alert I recently had a concerning experience with All Drains LLC and feel compelled to share my story to warn others. Initially, I contacted them to inquire about using a camera to inspect a problematic drain on my property. From the outset, the person I spoke with, Tom, seemed overly eager to secure my business. Despite my reservations, I agreed to meet Tom at the location. Upon arrival, he arrived with a camera but claimed it could not progress more than 8 inches into the drain due to the size of the camera head. He then suggested using another camera with a smaller head, which, to my surprise, was the same size as the first. Following this failed attempt, Tom declared that I had a severe drain issue and proposed an exorbitant fee of $4800 to address it, insisting on receiving half upfront. This blatant attempt to exploit the situation left me feeling deceived and cheated. Adding insult to injury, the individual accompanying Tom appeared incompetent and unfamiliar with operating the camera equipment. Despite this lack of expertise, they still charged me a $200 service fee for essentially no service rendered. In summary, my encounter with All Drains LLC and Tom was nothing short of disappointing and suspicious. I urge others to exercise caution and avoid falling victim to their questionable practices. Trust your instincts and seek services from reputable companies with transparent practices and integrity.

Talked to Bill on Friday had a crew here Monday morning. took on tough job and made it look routine. they finished project same day. Good at what they do and good people.

All Drains was the third plumber I had over and the first one after I went through Angi. Their response was awesome. All Drains came over on a Friday, complete job was done on Monday. I would refer them every time, and have.

Bill walked me through what needed to be done. The estimate was fair and cheaper than another company's estimate. I wasn't happy that my backyard had to be dug up some, but in order to fix the reoccurring problem, it had to be done. I have a sense of relief knowing I can flush my toilet and do laundry and it won't back up in the basement. I was happy that Bill and his team were able to come out the next day after providing the estimate to complete the job. In at 9am, done at 12:30.

Bill walked us through what needed to be done his workers showed up this morning at 9:00 and were done by 1:00 the job went very well, Bill and his crew were very pleasant to work with. I couldn't imagine a better outcome.

Bill was quick and thorough with assessing the issue and giving his recommendations. Despite the job being far larger than I had expected (digging up and replacing 20 feet of drain pipe) he and his team had it fixed within 24 hours. The man knows his stuff.

Bill and his son where top notch. Diagnosed issue with hi tech camera and tore up basement floor and removed broken pipe and trap and replaced with new. Did all work in two days with small excavator.
