Hauser Lawn Care is unprofessional and does not take responsibility for damage done to property. Numerous times over the years I've had this company perform lawn service for my property it has been unacceptable. I have repeatedly informed Travis about it, and all I got was lame excuses. This time it was the last straw. I had just had my patio and driveway power washed and his crew road over my patio with their large mower leaving dirt and tire tracks on the patio, They also drug large trash bags across my driveway instead of lifting them. They have tore up my grass by going to fast and turning to hard tearing up the grass and leaving ruts. Additionally, they drove through the landscape beds and tree rings leaving tire marks. There are many more unacceptable experiences that lead to me blowing up and giving Travis the long overdue butt chewing. Travis response was to say he can not provide service. Teach your guys how to do the job right. No more referrals.
