They are caring and take the time to listen to you. Also, we trust them.

Vet failed to diagnose what turned out to be a simple muscle pull. Not confident in the principal at this clinic, although some of the other vets working there seem better. Will try another office next time.

The staff and the doctor are fabulous. I had a dog before my current dog and she figured out his ills and kept him alive and kept it so he could live a nice noraml life. I think so highly of her it isn't even funny. If you are 1000 miles away, and you can get there on a helicopter, just go there if you can afford it. It's the best doctoring I've ever seen for dogs and cats. I've never seen that kind of expertise in my life.

He loves to go to RICHLAND ANIMAL HOSPITAL. They love him. If there's any problem, there is a veterinarian right there able to take care of them. They are just very welcoming.

We were babysitting our grand-dog. She came with a cut paw, which our kids had bandaged. After a week of continued seepage, I took her to Richland, based on a previous Angies review. We didn't know a vet to take the dog to. They fit us in that same day, examined and recommended treatment, explained everything going on, gave us two estimates high/low. They really treated our grand dog with compassion, and kept me up to date on everything. It seemed expensive for what had to be done, but the actual charges came in lower than the low estimate, and they never charged me for the 4 follow up visits I had. I really have nothing but good to say about Richland, and Dr. Tittle was excellent.

There are now 3 female vets at Richland Animal Hospital and almost all females working there in various staff positions. They are all outstanding!!! My 2 dogs and 1 cat get excellent veterinary care, as did former dogs and cats I took there. The doctors are very informed, patient, and thorough. They offer current and state of the art care, as well as excellent pet care advice. They are good listeners! I know my pets are in very good hands with Dr. Gilbert and the other 2 vets. The staff are also outstanding! From the minute you walk in the door with your pet, you know you are surrounded by knowledgeable, friendly people who truly care about your pets and you. They all make a fuss over my pets, and the vet techs there are better than excellent. I love my pets like I love my children so I want the very best for them -- Richland Animal Hospital is it, hands down, in all aspects.
