Excellent job cleaning up stains as well as general cleaning. They deoderized and treated a mildewy area in the basement. Dry time was good considering it was primarily the basement being cleaned. The two guys were very friendly and helpful.

Very professional and accommodating. Worked us into their schedule on short notice. Charged a very fair rate for one stain rather than charging for the whole room.

Carpet cleaning. Bedroom, stairs, hall and 2 extra large rooms. They leave the carpet damo not wet like other companies I've used. They were quick and affordable. Honest companies are hard to come by but Kurt runs his business on point!

Both of them were very pleasant,. They came and looked at what I needed done, moved some furniture to get a better idea, and then gave me an estimate. What I particularly liked, was that they said up front, that they might run into a problem while they were cleaning.; and if that happened they would talk to me at the time.I've had too many people hired for a job who gave me an additional bill at the end of the service without talking to me at the time the problem occurred. Fortunately, no problems came up.
They went above and beyond what I had asked them to do. especially when it came to moving furniture I said they didn't need to move.
They were both very conscientious about doing a good job. I will use them in the future, and I highly recommend them.

They showed up at the scheduled time and after giving them a tour of the house to show them the rooms that needed carpet cleaning they got right to work. They spent the next 3 hours cleaning all the carpeting in the house starting with the basement then working their way from the furthest point back to the front door.
I'm not sure if the carpeting had ever been cleaned but it was definitely in need. They did a combination of hand scrubbing and cleaning and the carpeting came out looking as close to new as possible. The difference in the high traffic areas was nothing short of amazing. We had one bedroom that we were concerned may need to have the carpeting replaced but after the cleaning it should last a few more year easily.
In the whole house there was only one stain they could not get out. It was a red stain on white carpeting. But they told me the only reason they could not get it out was because someone had previously used bleach in an attempt to make the stain go away. Newhouse Clean took the time to deactivate the bleach and let me know that if the attempted to bleach the carpet hadn't set the stain into the carpet it would be gone.
They were very professional and did a great job. We would not hesitate to use they again and highly recommend them.

The owner, Kurt Newhouse, arrived promptly with an assistant. They tackled the upholstery cleaning first. They did a spectacular job. I had forgotten the true colors in my sofa! It cleaned up very well. One of my recliners was very old, and took a lot more work, but it was satisfactory. My other recliners and chairs turned out great. Most cushions dried within 3-4 hours. Then they went to work on the carpet. I was afraid that the high traffic areas would be too stained, but they did a great job and I am very pleased with the results. The areas of the carpet that took more scrubbing also took longer to dry. Kurt told me if any stains pop up after he left and the carpets dried, he would be happy to come back out and retreat. I haven't needed this. I plan to have him come back again to clean some other rooms in the house.
