The tellers are friendly, and the management is superb. I have dealt with this branch of Isabella Bank for several years, even over other branches closer or more convenient, due to the personal attention received.
Several years ago I took out a construction loan to remodel my home, then transitioned this to a mortgage. The process, while somewhat complex, was explained clearly and handled meticulously. Even when denied credit on a later issue, the response was encouraging and realistic, rather than condescending and negative--as has been from other institutions.
Isabella Bank's reputation for personal service and friendliness are based on the home-town experiences shared by those loyal customers whom they have served.
