Moses did a great job - very professional and personable. Fixed the problem, but when it reappeared he came back out and repaired at no cost (there was an additional sensor that needed to be replaced he missed the first time). I really appreciate someone who stands behind their work. Very straightforward, will definitely hire again if we have appliance issues. I prefer hiring Moses who cares about his clients, compared to some over-scheduled random appliance repair company that is dispatched by DTE or the manufacturer. Great job!

Mr Moss is very professional and did a great job. Replaced dryer motor.

It was deternined the repair costs would very expensive. I thanked him for his honesty and purchased a new washing machine.

Due to the problem and the cost to repair I chose to buy new Dishwasher which they have ties to Lowes so I was able to get a better price ordering through them and they will install when it comes in

repaired next day.

Moss did a great job. Punctual, thorough and reasonably priced. I recommend highly.

Poorly Mr. Moss moved out the stove, refridgerater and island to determine the problem. He used a magnifying glass to examine some panels and cleaned in back of the refridgerater. The fridge started to cool, so he lef.t, Mr. Moss said if it did'nt stay cool he would come back with no charge, The fridge stopped cooling about an hour later, so I called him back. His response was "No it didn.t" (stop working). I said it did. He said he could come out again, but it would cost me for parts and "a little labor" I did not want to spend any more money on him so I declined the offer. Mr. Fixit Appliance, on the other hand, knew what the problem was , ordered a new part and finished the repair quickly. I would never hire Speedway Refridgeration and Appliance ever again and would never recommend him to anybody. BEWARE!!!!!

He determined the cause and corrected it, The process was slow which left us with a larger bill than we anticipated. Still, we were satisfied with the overall work.

Mr. Moss is awesome. I had Bill and Rods first come out and they told me I needed a new compressor for $1300. I told Mr. Moss for a second opinion who took a long time to thoroughly examine the freezer and determined that the compressor was fine but I had a coolant leak. He only charged $300 saving me $1000!!!! And the freezer works great again. -10 degrees at all times. This guy is a pro’s Pro. He is very polite and professional, I will use him for all of my appliance repair needs in the future.

Responsive, called back in evening after leaving a message in the afternoon. Very professional and thorough-- made the repair and then took the time to make sure the oven was able to hold the correct temperature.

Mr. Moss must have the magic touch! He cleaned out the igniter and voila! The oven worked!! He was very prompt arriving at the appointment time and made absolutely no mess! I'm very pleased with his service. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again!

Great! One of the parts was defective and he came back out for no charge.

First visit -- company did not bring the connector required to fix the line. 2nd visit -- the work was completed. After the 2nd visit the ice maker did not work (it had prior to the work being done). Upon calling, the company suggested that it may be a bad water valve or ice maker. I declined having an additional inspection done to determine the problem by the company. I later determined that a 2nd water line leading from the water valve to the ice maker had been damaged during the initial work. I ordered the part and installed myself.

Mr Moss was wonderful. Professional, kind, courteous, honest. I needed the honesty. The repair would be too costly so use it for small loads and get ready to go shopping!

This is the second time in 5 years we have sought out his help. Mr. Moss came in promptly, diagnosed the problem to be a defective valve and replaced it coming back the second time. He was punctual, courteous and did an outstanding job. Very pleased with quality of work!

Following up on a previous repair 6 months ago that started leaking again, Moss did the right thing and came out and replaced the entire line this time and only charged for the cost of the materials. Hard to find a stand-up and skilled repairman like this now-a-days. Will definitely be calling him again for any appliance repair needs in the future.

A call on a Sunday evening resulted in a repair the next day. There is no one we would call before calling Speedway.

Came to fix a washing machine, but it wouldn't mess up while he was here. So he fixed ice maker instead. Having him back again to fix washer.
