Technician was not able to troubleshoot the problem.

My almost 30 year old Kenmore washing machine started making strange noises when agitating or spinning. I selected Speedway (Moses Moss) based on Angi recommendation. He came out and did an inspection of machine but at the time it was operating OK in all cycles. I paid an inspection fee and he told me to contact him if any further issue. The following weekend during the 2nd load, the washer drum no longer turned during spin cycle although water pumped out. I called Moses the following Monday. He came out later in the day, diagnosed problem and repaired the washer. I was very happy with his expertise and responsiveness and will definitely contact him in the future with any appliance issues.

I called Speedway for a refrigerator that would not cool. Mr. Moss responded within an hour, and came out the next day. Other services were not available for a week! He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and came back to install it as soon as it was available. He had to disassemble a lot of the fridge to get to the part, but he was very capable and got it done quickly. He charged the price that he estimated. All good! No complaints! I would definitely use Speedway/Mr. Moss again!

Mr. Moss (Moses) is an older gentleman, very polite, friendly and professional. I called Speedway Refrigeration & Appliance Repair this morning (9:30-ish) as he opened earlier than some other companies who start at 10 a.m. Mr. Moss answered and told me he wouldn't be available until tomorrow evening (a Saturday) unless there was a cancelation where he might fit me in. He had me text him my name, address, description of the problem and estimated time of appointment since he was occupied at the time. Either there was a cancelation or he was able to run ahead of schedule because he called me just after 2 p.m. saying that he could come by if I was ready and available. When he arrived he got right to work after the pleasantries and, after taking things apart and discovering some bad ice build up, proceeded to fix the issue. He handled everything himself (although I assisted removing drawers and taking off the heavy freezer door at the bottom of my fridge - a requirement for my model) and beyond asking for some hot water and towels he was self-sufficient. After reassembly and verifying it was in working order he answered all my questions, explained how the problem likely started and how to prevent it, and took payment. No parts were needed and the job took about 2 1/2 hours. End cost was $225 with a promise to come back if there were any issues. For any wondering about Covid-19 protocols Mr. Moss wore his mask while in the home at all times (my wife and I are vaccinated for your reference). A pleasant experience overall and while $225 is not cheap it is also about what I expected to pay as my model fridge is newer and more tech-y than most other fridges. I'm definitely happy and satisfied and would call again for other appliances if needed.

Mr. Moss was able to repair my dryer after basement was flooded. He ordered the part and got it install. Dryer works as new. He also fixed another dryer for me. I highly recommend his service. He's excellent to work with.

I highly recommend. The service was great. Completed timely even though Mr. Moss had to order a part for my machine. It's is now humming like new and he saved me from having to buy a brand new washer. Thanks Mr. Moss.

Vendor never returned telephone calls or email messages, so unable to rate their work. Therefore my rating is solely based on their inability to professionally follow-up & return my service call & emails.

It took about 20 minutes to disassemble and replace the part.

It went very well Debbie the person answer the phone when you call is so pleasant and helpful, I enjoyed talking to her very much she is wonderful, sweet , and more, Duane Cogar the repair guy knows what he is doing and does it very good, he also was a very pleasant person to talk to. Mr. Moss was on time, did quality work and was very professional.

The part had to be ordered but the work was done within 24 hours of the part arriving. Now this 40-year-old appliance runs like it has new life!

Moss never showed and never called. I sent him my address and we talked on the phone to confirm the original appointment. When I called him to discuss, he denied that we ever talked. I have a paper trail showing otherwise. Don’t lie. My wife took off work to support the visit.

GREAT & awesome owner Moss knows his stuff. I called for an appointment late in the day and he was at our house first thing in the morning the next day. He also came out and his business is 45 minutes from us!
