I bought my first property on Feb 08. I had Dale rewire the kitchen & bath to repair safety concerns & code violations. He also did a few sockets & switches, along with moving & updating the service panel. He finished in in less than one day. Compared to the trouble I had with the general contractor, Dale was easy to get along with. The inspection went through smoothly.
I had him do a full basement rewire and kitchen update in another home. After I released my problematical contractor, Dale finished the kitchen counter and cabinet work quickly and at a reasonable price. The inspection went through smoothly on that one as well.
Recently, he bought a property from me to house his office and work garage because his business is expanding. I am keeping Reliable and Affordable Electric in my 'rolodex' for future reference because I am a real estate investor and homeowner. I will have more properties and need of his services.
Dale will do you a good job. Be honest with him and he will do you well.
