Exterior Painting
Painter Bob came out to paint the exterior of my house. He informed me that if the paint peeled at any time within three years, he would come out and do a patch job. Less than a year after the job was completed, I noticed paint chipping all over my exterior. I called him out to the house to redo the job and he informed me that he would be out within the month. He never came out, claiming to be too busy and these back and forth emails continued for a year. My paint is still chipping and I'm still annoyed.
