I think management has no interest in improving. I am looking for others. They need to be more involved with the customer. We have been using them for seven years. We were so impressed then they just kept going downhill.

I have used them for several years and do appreciate that I usually have the same people come out. There are two women that come out and they are supposed to concentrate on two rooms or areas each time they come out. You can't tell which are the priority rooms and they are usually much too quick in order to do a thorough job. The house obviously is cleaner after they leave but as far as deep cleaning, no. As far as high dusting and things, no. I have to call them and ask if they can please do a better job. And I do feel for them because I know they have too many houses to clean.

I like the fact that they do a thorough job. I found that they are least expensive. I will continue to use them in the future if I need to.

I am not overly impressed with their service. There are some things I don't feel that they are particulary thorough about. I don't recommend Merry Maids.

They usually do a very good job, but occasionally I've had to call to complain about something not being done. While the office manager is always apologetic, I don't get a discount on my next visit or anything beyond an apology. I do notice from the signatures of who has come that it is not the same people each time.

I couldn't believe the price, it was great! They did a great job on our house. Also, compared to cleaning services where we used to live, this company gives a lot of value for the money.

We used Merry Maids in another state we lived in and that franchise was awesome. We cannot say the same for this branch. They went from sending two cleaners to a single person, making the job take much longer. They also have high turnover rates with workers, so its usually different people that come each time. The punctuality has gone down hill as they have missed days and have shown up on the wrong day of the week. They also have not been very responsive about our requests for sending a second cleaning person. I do have to say that they do a pretty good job of cleaning when they do show up, but their prices are very high and Im ready to cancel their service.

I telephoned the company due to my dissatisfaction of my corona countertops showing visible signs of scratches. The manager came to my home to view the condition. He stated there was nothing he could do about it as the company does not use abrasive cleaners. From my inspection, it looked like knife lines on the countertop. After this experience, I no longer use their services. I was very upset by their lack of customer satisfaction.

Please, if you want your house cleaned, look for another service. They are very high priced. I did try several times to let them show me they could do it better and they didn't.

THEY ARE AMAZING. THEY TAKE REALLY GOOD CARE OF ME. THEY ARE ALSO VERY CAREFUL AND HONEST. I THINK THAT THE PRICE IS REALLY GOOD. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS.
