Excellent. I was in a bind because we had sold our house and the washer was included in the sale so it needed to be fixed before we moved in 4 days. They were extremely understanding and made it over the same day. Even though the service was great the technician was a good person too. He allowed my 4 year old to stand there and ask questions, help with holding tools and look at the repairs as he worked. So awesome when you find people like this that take pride in what they do and how they do it.

This is my second service from Homeline. Technician is extremely thorough, diagnosed problem with proper equipment to determine exact malfunction. He was honest in saying the cost of repair would rival cost of new unit and recommended I buy a new washer. Professional appearance, vehicle, friendly, will use again.

From start to finish, this was a very pleasant experience. It isn't often that I feel a need to comment about how smoothly and professionally a service is performed, but I need to in this case.
I left a message for a service call on Monday, which was promptly returned by Kim. Kim was very pleasant and helpful on the call, and asked to call back on Tuesday morning with an exact appointment time. She called as soon as they opened on Tuesday, and worked around my schedule to have Brian look at the dryer.
Brian was very professional and also very courteous. He asked a lot of questions about the problem (which turned out to be the switch for the ignition and gas on the gas dryer) when it could not be easily duplicated. He explained what he thought was the problem, showed me what he was going to do, and then performed the service.
After he fixed the dryer, he showed me what the probable cause was (dirty fan causing excessive shaking of the dryer, causing the switch to malfunction and fail), and how to remove the front of the dryer to make certain it didn't happen again. He also inspected other typical problem areas and performed preventative maintenance.
I can't really express how much I appreciate prompt, professional, and honest service. Too often when repairs are needed, it seems that the actual issue is exaggerated by someone performing the service. I found Brian (and Kim!) to be very honest and forthcoming, completely trustworthy, and a pleasure to do business with.
If there is an issue in the future, I will certainly call them back! I can't say enough good things about this experience

Bryan showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. Receptionist was also very quick to respond to my message and was able to schedule the appointment quickly and at a convenient time (not AM or PM, but 4 pm).

The repairman explained what he was doing at every step, showed me the failed parts, made other minor repairs that were not part of the problem but needed to be done (with my approval) and both appliances are working well now. Price was reasonable for the two repairs combined.

From beginning to end, the folks at Homeline were nothing but friendly, professional and responsive. While some vendors get by doing the bare minimum, the Homeline team seemed to go out of their way to help me find a solution to my problem and were extremely thorough in their diagnosis and repairs. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Homeline Appliance was referred to us by another provider that did not service Bosch appliances. Homeline was able to come out the next day after I called them and arrived in the window (2 hour) that was provided. The technician was professional and pleasant. He explained options and suggested a lower price alternative that he felt would meet our needs. We appreciated that he was not only going for a higher sales. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

They did a great job, they figured out the problem, they fixed it, everything works well now. He even called me into the laundry room to show me what was wrong. They called ahead of time about the brand of washer I have to ask questions to prepare himself accordingly.

40 year old Sears Kenmore clothes dryer would turn on, tumble, and sort of warm clothes, but not dry. I called Homeliness and the lady who took my call was so nice and helpful. When Bryan came out for the service call, he was just as nice and professional...had us back up and running in about 1/2 an hour!! I highly recommend this company!!!!!

They were professional and helpful. He even helped with my washing machine too on his own. The washer had clogged and the drain was backed up. He fixed the washing machine drain and I really appreciated that he took care of the issue without even asking. He is very friendly and I would use him again.

It went very well... The repairman showed up within the time frame agreed and was prepared to complete the service required to our refrigerator. The only thing that was still a bit tough to swallow was the fact that I paid $130 to basically reconnect a broken wire. The service tech did run a series of diagnostic checks to ensure that the refrigerator was functioning correctly and I certainly won't dispute that he knew his business well.
