Not Good had to call Jabro floors to fix issues.

Absolutely beautiful job! Professionals that know their trade very well. We tore up carpet in our whole house (approx. 1200 sq. ft) that needed to be refinished and stained, we also put in a new kitchen that needed hardwood installed and finished. The work done was great and done in a timely manner. We noticed their high attention to detail. We had many old pieces of wood that were under the carpet that were damaged and needed to be stained to match. You can't tell which we're replaced. Also, every small hole was filled to match the wood exactly. Great job.

A few minor delays but once the job was started - Dande installer, refinisher worked harder than imaginable to strip, sand, stain, and apply 3 coats of oil based polyurethane. Installed new wood where old kitchen island was and stained it to match rest of floor. It looks absolutely beautiful. They stained all new shoe molding to match and installed that as well. Vincent gave us the estimate and I believe Robert was the installer/refinisher. Wow, whatta a great job they did.

Base contract price agreed upon was great, but job took 10 times longer than it should of. In the end, they did keep resanding down and trying again until it looked OK (they did charge me for some materials), I'll give them that, although the stain was still uneven, sander gouges visible, some spots on the stair treads were missed completely with the stain, and dirt in final polyurethane coat present. Also make sure you agree on additional repair costs IN WRITING before allowing additional work to be performed. I almost paid more for repairs than the refinishing.

They communicated extremely well and did a very good job for me. I was very happy with the result.

I was very impressed with them. They worked very hard and they did a great job. I would defintely use them again and I would highly recommend them.

VInce came to see the job and quote. He is very pleasant and has a good knowledge of the job requirements but the problem lies with the crew he left to do the work. They seemed to not be able to see obvious mistakes in sanding and finishing and Vince wasn't there often enough to prevent them. Waves were sanded into our flat floor, gouges created, and areas with sawdust in the coating felt like sandpaper. There are still areas with uneven coverage. So this 4 day job took 10-11 for all the re-starts, and we therefore had extra long exposure to breathing the fumes. All the while our dining, kitchen, breakfast, and den areas were unavailable to us. After all that time the job is far from perfect, but we have had enough and will just have to live with the results they left.

Great result. I got estimates from 4 other floor refinishers and the owner of this company was excellent when he came out to look at my floors. Things they did or said that other company's didn't- was confident in the ability to resolve "chatter" in my floor without selling me new boards, took the sawdust away (another company leaves it or charges you to take it away), very little dust, came on time every day, I was able to sleep in my house each night after they finished (no overnight hotel stays), and the refinishers are not subcontractors- they work for the company. Other companies either did not give enough information or disclaimed everything from dust to ever wearing shoes again in your own house. With Dande I knew what to expect, the workers were friendly and showed up on time. Overall it was an excellent job.
