DANDE FLOORING

I wrote to Dante outlining what was wrong. They forwarded it to ServPro. ServPro in turn wrote a letter claiming that one of my dogs bit Gerry Gasser the owner. He must be on drugs as my dogs grew up in nursing homes off leash for their entire lives. I am still trying to figure out why Gerry was in my basement as he had no business being there. His job was to clean the upstairs and the garage. Gerry claims that I continuously yelled at the movers. Not sure how he got that idea when the movers didn't show up until 1:15pm and the owner of Dante showed up at 2pm. Mr. Desanto the owner of Dante has no idea of what to do to fix the problem as he watched ServPro dust the walls and can't seem to figure out that isn't adequate for the amount of dust that was stuck to my walls and fixtures. 4 wool area rugs were left in the garage without the benefit of being shampooed or even vacuumed for that matter. My leather couch was dry dusted, not washed properly. My only piece of fabric furniture was vacuumed not cleaned properly. The screen door window was washed but the door was left untouched. I have replaced the furnace filters many times but due to the dust that wasn't cleaned properly, I continue to replace. Dante has refused to pay me for the filters and the RUG shampooer I had to rent to clean the carpet and wool rugs. I am completely dissatisfied with the services provided and the manner in which the owner of Dante has failed to respond to my complaints. ServPro is a complete abomination of a service company. They are rude and disrespectful. They have no idea of what "clean" is or how to accomplish "clean". Dante Flooring has no idea of what "service recover" means. I have run out of patience with this company.
