Went to the place of business the day before to inquire about an electrical issue, asked could I bring it in the next day and they said I could use their afterhours key drop box. 

Dan wrote up my invoice and said they would look at my car the next day. He told me at the time depending upon what they find the price range could be anywhere between $200- $300. Of course I was hoping for the lower end but they had their work cut out for them so if it cost $300 so be it as long as I got my car back and the turn signals and emergency flashers work.

I was called the same afternoon they initially looked at the car and advised me that they could have my car ready by the end of the day the next afternoon.  I was called the following afternoon that my car was finished. Because I knew they closed before I would get off work I asked if I could pay by credit car and they lock my car up and I get it after work. Dan asked what time did I get off (30min after their closing time and it would take another 30 min to get to their shop). He offered to stay and wait for me. I made it there in less than an hour beyond closing time. Dan was most gracious and accommodating. He did not have to extend himself ..but he did..and he thanked me for my business even though he waited for me.

I truly appreciated them resolving my electrical issues and the car is working great.

My dad had always used and trusted dan and chucks 20 yrs ago so when we needed repairs I remembered this. My husband and I started taking our cars there in 2010 and have always been happy with the quality of service. They are honest and reliable.

They charged me $450 after quoting me $500. They also threw in an oil changed in addition to the work he was supposed to. They came under the price quoted. They have excellent hours. They get the car done when they tell you they will. They don't give you an unrealistic timing expectation. They let you know up front how long the work is going to take. If there is an issue or problem, they will call you right away. The car was returned to me when it was promised. It was fixed properly. The car was clean. Everything was fine. They have all of the right bells and whistles.
