It went okay. One worker was very clumsy and among other things, dropped a glass vase which shattered all over the basement carpet, it pretty much exploded into glass shards. He did his best, along with me, to clean up. I believe they estimated it to be a partial truck load and I ended up paying over $400 which I thought was the full truckload. My biggest concern was to get the itemized donation receipt and when I received it, most of the large items were not listed, including an armoire cabinet, rattan chairs, antique child's bed, and storage dresser. I would not and will not use again. I rated as a D because they showed up on time.

This was my first time ever using College Hunks Hauling Junk and it couldn't have been more positive! I had two gentlemen, James and Jerome, come to my house to remove a couch, oversized chair, and ottoman. They did a fantastic job from start to finish! They kept me in the loop by updating me throughout the day as to what time they'd arrive. They called me 15 minutes beforehand and arrived on time. From the moment they walked in, to the moment they left, we chatted, laughed, and I was genuinely impressed with their work ethic and how personable they both were. I would highly recommend C.H.H.J. to friends, family, and co-workers! I will definitely be using them again in the future!

It went very well. They were polite, courteous, dressed neatly. They introduced themselves upon entering the house. They were respectful of the house and attention to detail. The pricing was upfront and when they were leaving they all shook hands and thanked us. Left us with magnets and cards for referrals.

We thought the price was too high.  We were expecting a price of about $150.00 less.  The movers were professional and courteous and performed the task as expected.  One of the mirrors was accidentally broken by the mover.
