The technicians are always in a hurry; they do not spend enough time to do the job. Regarding the money that they charged for it, they replaced the old sprinkler with the oldest one that I have, which they took with them.

Trillium Irrigation updated and repaired my 25 year old 7 zone sprinkler system . One of my main concerns was in the backyard . I had poor head coverage during the hotter months. I had one head that had ended up behind a shed. That head was moved down and outward plus two other heads also during that visit . I had four broken heads which were broken and or outdated . Lee the tech from the company came onsite . He checked all of the zones. He relocated the badly placed heads . He recommend replacing eight heads. Which are more efficient in water usage these days . He located a sprinkler head that was broken underground near the pool . After replacing moving and replacing eight heads in the system . Plus reset all the the heads pattern coverage. Which improved my water pressure . Which improved my coverage . The backyard coverage was fixed all during the same day fee of $75 dollar visit. All of these changes were made very quickly made in the rain. At a cost of under $500 dollars. Plus saving me six different trips to Home Depot for what maybe the right parts or not ? Plus they did not come in and try to sell me a new $2,500 dollar sprinkler system. Which I could not afford and would have not purchased anyway . Thank you for your no hustle approach. the service was not to the expectation, on first visit I was left with one leaking station and the system was continually running and I didnt know about till I looked outside and saw lots of water on my driveway (2 hours after they left) so I had to cut the main water line to stop the money drain they left me, also one couple sprinkler heads were still in the ground and not aimed properly, called them and 7 days after they showed up (when they got the time), after 2 nd visit they took care of some issues and they left and captured one station was not functioning, anyway I took care of it and fixed all issues my self after I thought I hired the best, add to that the bill came after with around $300, anyway I do not recommend this company because service and cost was not fair, the only good thing they do well is they are fast.

"Ken, I'm sorry to read your bad review. We always try to do our best at providing customer service. During our first visit to your home on July 17th it was discovered and noted that your timer was malfunctioning and not holding a program, there were cut wires throughout your valve box and 3 of your zones were not working correctly due to tree roots and low pressure. The system ran continuously after we left because your timer will not hold a program. Our service tech rewired your valves and got your system running for you. By the time you called us back to inform us that you were having more problems on the 22nd our office had closed for the day. I called you back the 23rd and it was decided that the 24th would be the best time for our tech to come back out. He completed the work you requested and did not charge anything. Your total for the starting up your system, labor, rewiring the valves, repairing all the cut wires, replacing 2 broken heads and fittings total $280.00 I'm sorry If you don't think our pricing is fair. We have set fees for start up and labor charges and we stand by our fees and believe they competitively compare to other contractors in our area."

They were able to come out and fix my sprinklers quickly and their prices were affordable. Plus they were very sweet and answered all of my questions and taught me how to use my sprinklers.

Just had my sprinkler system start up done. The office staff has been very nice and accommodating every time we’ve spoke, and guys who came out were very friendly, they were on time and very respectful of my home (even took shoes off without me having to ask!).One of the guys had been to my house before, and remembered right where everything was (so I didn’t need to stop the task at was doing when they showed up). They were quick and thorough and even showed me how to set a different run schedule for my sprinklers (the previous homeowner had this system installed, so I had no idea how to work it!). I will be using Trillium for all my sprinkler needs ?

They were thorough and quick, didn't waste time or money. Did a great job. Only questionable item was they repaired a cut wire and it looks a little janky. Works perfectly, so no real complaints, just doesn't look as professional as I would've thought. Would hire again.

I used this company for winterization only, so the real test of their work quality will come in the Spring when I need sprinkler system tested and repaired. They did air out system twice, and drained an inside valve, which hasn't been done by other companies in the past. Their pricing very reasonable.
