They missed spots, and other spots came back the very next day. The moved very little furniture and did zero spot cleaning. I have used competitors in the past that did a far superior job.
They arrived on time as scheduled, with a reminder call the day before. Very professional and friendly. Moved appropriate furniture and placed blocks under legs for drying. Gave instructions on when to remove blocks and about how long it would take to completely dry. Would use them again.
