 + -1 morePlumber left message the night before he was suppose to start the job informing me he was coming. I left a message back requesting he call me to reschedule. He has never called back. He is the most unreliable contractor I have ever tried to use. His customer service skills leaves much to be desired and his lack of follow through would certainly keep me from ever considering or recommending him for any job.
Description of Work: Plumber was suppose to replace a drain pipe and add a cleanout.

 + -1 moreThe work took a few trips due to needed parts and time restraints. He checked out each area before starting work. I am trilled to be able to use my kitchen again after over 8 months of construction (from a diferent contractor)
Description of Work: I am finishing up a remodel of my kitchen. I needed to have 2 sinks plumbed each with garbage disposals and one with a dishwasher. I also needed all fixtures installed and a new water line run to a coffee machine. Dickie did an excellent job. He tkes his time and does everything correctly. Then checks to make sure everything works properly. He also cleans up well after himself which is unusal for contractors in this area.
