the guy was kind enough to put his vacation on hold to work on my AC unit.
for the first hour we both stood there staring at the unit waiting for it to fail. of course it did not fail.. figures LOL
after i explained the symptoms again he said it most likely was the Compressor Cooling Fan and he gave me the option to replace it or let it go and he could come back another day.
as i have used them many times in the past i trust there opinion and had him go ahead and replace the fan.

This company was reccomended by another comany we use regularly, Comfort Heating and Cooling, who did not have an appointment available. We contacted K and B Mechanical and spoke with Tom. Although the technician was alittle late, he was able to make a quick determination that the fuel available was insufficient to operate the furnace.. A second appointment was set up once the fuel was delivered, and he was able to get the furnace up and running very quickly, even completing an additional task at no additional charge. The original fee of $99.00 was all we were charged, even with 2 visits to the property. Overall we are very satisfied with our experience with K and B Mechanical and would definetely contact them again in the future if the need should arise.

This provider has an office/business phone that is used for messages. There is not someone to take phone calls all day. They monitor the messages and also ask that you contact them by cellphone if you have an emergency. They are prompt and do a great job with plumbing, heating and A/C. They are also quick to respond to questions/concerns about anything that may be of a concern or that may need attention. They installed a new horizonal energy efficient furnace in 2010, then came back at my request in June 2012 to install A/C. They completed the job in one day and I had A/C by late afternoon. They are great to work with and do business with.
