He arrived early with a helper, explained exactly what he would do and provided me with a written invoice. Very professional and considerate while working, finished within less than two hours and left everything very neat and clean. Explained how long to wait before waling on certain areas, how to clean different kinds of stains and provided us with a product for stains and a recommendation for another product to use on pet stains. The price was very reasonable as compared to Stanley Steemer, among others. Our carpet looks wonderful and we are completely satisfied.

He was excellent we had a small problem with weather and had delay a day but he was there the first non rain day after and completed the camper. Highly recomend his services!
