 + -1 moreThey're typically reliable, although this past year, they forgot to mow my yard at least twice. Because I prepaid for the entire summer, I still ended up paying for the non-service. They've also broken numerous sprinkler heads (not on purpose), but that's virtually unavoidable. However, their mowing rates have been so reasonable, I didn't mind too much. They've been pretty good about not raising their fee (only added a $5 monthly fuel surcharge one summer a few years ago when gas was so expensive). However, with gas prices on the rise, their 2012 rates have gone up quite a bit (over $125 more than last summer), so I'm not certain if I'll stick with them since several other companies have left flyers and postcards in our mailboxes with much lower estimates.
Description of Work: I've used them for the past 3-4 years to mow our lawn every week throughout the summer.
