Project was consistently delayed due to bad scheduling and poor time management on the part of provider.   It took weeks to get everything done and I had to call them back multiple times to fix tiles that were peaking and coming up.  Facing on stairs warped, transitions are coming up.   I've called the retail supplier to help me resolve the issue by sending a different installer to address these problems.  Thank goodness for the retail supplier (American Flooring)

They did a very good job. He was a sub-contractor. He took care of one minor problem. The people who did they job were fine though one particular board on the floor seemed to be lose. He came out and took care of it. The original work was done last summer. He came out and responded promptly.

I originally called on a random ad off Craiglist to tile 400 square feet in my house. The price seemed too good to true and as it turned out, it was. The person never showed up and never returned any of my calls. With all of my flloring ripped out, I frantically started looking for someone else to perform the job. I noticed Fedeflloors was on Angieslist. Even though they had no reviews, I decided to take a chance and give them a call. Scott gave me a rough estimate over the phone and came out later the same day to give me a more accurate quote. Once meeting with Scott, I decided not to look any further and commited to Fedefloors to perform the work. Three of them arrived at my house on the scheduled day. They were very courteous, polite and even removed their shoes when having to walk across on my carpet. They started with the cement board and applied thinset UNDER all of the board. From my brief research of tile floor installation, this seems to be a step that a lot of shaddy companies fail to take. Thinset under the cement board helps ensure that joints or tiles don't crack a year or two down the road. The following two days they laid down 12x12 and 6x6 tiles throughout the four rooms. The morning of the final day, grout was laid down. The overall finished product looks AMAZING! Transitions throughout the four rooms are seemless and all lines are straight as can be. Scott never hesitated to call me when he had questions, he never assumed. Scott also called me after the job was completed to make sure I was happy with his work. If I had to do it all over again, I would have called him first.
