My husband and I got a quote from a local HVAC competitor for a two stage furnace with an ECM motor and it seemed very high to me (I work with energy rebates so I have seen a few invoices for furnaces) it was around $4,200.00. So I called around and found Gary in Portland he was able to come out the very next day and take a look and get a quote drawn up for us. The furnace he quoted was a Carrier ECM motor two stage, warranty, everything the other guy was offering but at about $3,600.00 instead. This was a Thursday Gary said the furnace would be in by Monday and he would install right away.
Our furnace ended up going out completely the very next day (nightmare!!!) I called Gary to let him know and him and a crew were out to my house right away on Saturday morning to install my furnace and get my heat back on! the staff was incredibly friendly and had a wonderful attitude (I mean I made them work on Saturday! and they still liked me!)
I would recommend Gary to anyone, he had a great price for the quality furnace I received, his staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and Becky at his office is applying for all my utility rebates for me. I couldn't be happier.
