We notified Scott about a burnt electrical smell we were experiencing and he came out to investigate. There were two reps (Scott and a co-worker) that were very courteous and showed up on time. He notified us before he was coming so that we could be present. He was able to diagnose the issue and get a new part within an hour of coming. He came referred by our realtor. Very professional, great price, was on time and explained the work that he did in great detail.
