We notified Scott about a burnt electrical smell we were experiencing and he came out to investigate. There were two reps (Scott and a co-worker) that were very courteous and showed up on time. He notified us before he was coming so that we could be present. He was able to diagnose the issue and get a new part within an hour of coming. Came back to install the part and the furnace was repaired. This is the second time we have used AMS and they have always been great to work with.

He came referred by our realtor. Very professional, great price, was on time and explained the work that he did in great detail. We will continue to use Scott and AMS for our HVAC needs and recommend him to anyone looking for HVAC work.
Update - The water heater I provided to Scott was faulty out of the box. Scott can back free of charge to diagnose the issue then came back again to do the warranty work. Very timely and stopped out the day after Thanksgiving on very short notice. Very highly recommended - we didn't have much luck finding an HVAC guy until now.
