I was glad they could make the repair because the blind is older, but will have to stay until I change colors. They were fast and efficient.

We took a double window, double pull cellular shade with broken string, missing parts and in need of cleaning to Spring Crest. We were given an estimate of $60 for restringing and cleaning with a three day wait time. Three business days later we were notified by telephone that our shade was ready for pickup. We were pleased to see the shade completely restored to like new condition and ready for many more years of service.
