After a negative experience with another company in Kalamazoo we called Residential to complete our A/C repair and from the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful, and they got us set up with an appointment asap. Within 45 minutes of arriving the leak was detected, repaired and the rest of the unit was checked out to be sure there were no other problems. This was the best possible experience!

They just do a beautiful job and I have never had them come back; they are wonderful and I love them. I have had them several times and they have just bent over backwards for me. They are very reasonable and they go the extra mile for me; they are just really very helpful. They are very fair and honest.
