I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Mark ( service manager ) is great, Miranda ( coordinator ) is a doll, every tech I've worked with has been nothing but clean, helpful, and nice! I will never work with anyone else. I've been working with Pro Services for the last 4 years. Throughout the years I have had many different kinds of service calls, furnace, A/C, water heater, installations, even bathroom & kitchen plumbing! Great company ran by great people!

Have had Pro Services do a couple of jobs for me including A new Hot Water Heater install, and work on both Furnace and Geo Thermal. Each time their techs have been excellent, organized, professional and even cleaning up the area when done. service manager Mark is amazing to work with, including dealing with two emergencies and getting repairs done days before I thought possible. I highly recommend them!

The repairman was very pleasant, and did his job professionally and quickly. The reason for our rating of "C" is that both Consumer's Energy and Pro Services have the problems, not the repairman, who did his job well.
