Pro Cut Lawn Care

He was very professional and easy to work with. He came out and listened to everything I wanted done. Took Some measurements and said he would get back to me with a quote. I received to quote the next day and was surprised. It was less that I had paid to have it done a few years ago by someone else. His crew showed up a week later to do the work. They were very friendly and worked well together. When it was all done he gave me that bill and it was even less than the estimate. He said it didn't take as long as expected and the price reflected that. I would use them again and recommend then to everyone I know.

Shane had told me when he quoted me the price that it would either be 4 guys/2 hours, or 2 guys/4 hours, but the price was $160.  When he showed up at my house it was 3 guys and took them all an hour and a half.  He then turned around and billed me $260.  When he sent me a text with the billing, I texted back questioning the increase of $100 over price.  This is the next text message I got from him: 
"Wow....when we talked it was a estimate this is not a auto repair there is no set time on how long things take and when we are hand pulling ivy from a fence and round up and trimming weeds and fence line along with a bush sometimes times are not accurate".  
THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR.  I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE THEM AND I WILL CONTINUE TO WARN OTHERS.
I will pay the bill because we would expect with his behavior he isn't a trustworthy type.

He does a very professional and nice looking work. Lawn always looks good when he 's done. Also does good job edging sidewalks and driveways
