The front desk and assistants are a tight group. They are so friendly and willing to work with your schedule and are flexible when you need to change your appointment. The assistants do a great job and are very friendly and really seem to enjoy their work. Dr Pike is full of energy and funny and kind. Our kids will be going there soon and I know they'll love her. She also has done great work - no complaints, here. We'll be staying here as long as our insurance covers it!! The only reason for a "B" for price was that we got a quote for a job our insurance didn't cover and it was super expensive - but perhaps it's no different than any other dentistry office.

She's thorough and good. She has probably a fair price for the quality of service. I have no complaints whatsoever. She's there when you need her and she has been available for emergency when necessary. I have to wait a little bit but then she is a good dentist. I would call it an A because it would be as reasonable as anybody who's any good. As for office environment, I would give an A+. For staff friendliness, I would give an A++. I have an appointment coming up. I would use her again.

All the excellent reviews were true! Professionals all, yet warm, sincere and friendly. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, received the best cleaning I've ever had and Dr. Pike and her wonderful staff instilled a sense of trust and confidence. The office has up-to-date technology....not just at the Front Desk. They had fresh coffee and bottled water. Neither the doctor nor her staff talked around me... (You know what I mean. Some people tend to make people who aren't part of their work group feel "invisible.")I'm not looking forward to the procedure coming up, but knowing the energy in that office, it will be just fine. Thank you so much,Dr. Pike and Staff. You are Treasures(with a capital "T."

Dr Pike and her staff were friendly and professional. The appointment took almost exactly the amount of time I was quoted. The office is located in a beautiful scenic setting. I did have to call when in the office complex to have the staff talk me in as I thought the signage could have been more clear from the street.

So far, everything has been great. She is very patient. She is actually a pediatric dentist too. I take my boys there, and she is very patient with them. She does my teeth cleaning, and her hygienists are also really good. She does things as much as she can. She is very proactive, and she is good in maintaining our teeth. She does use the latest technology in teeth cleaning.

"We see patients between the ages of 1 to 98 years....that is why we think of ourselves as a "family practice"...we are prepared to see the whole family! Sometimes we are able to see three generations of the same family. We truly enjoy seeing our patients of all ages. One of our greatest joys is watching our little patients grow into adulthood, and then bring their own children to see us! Thank-you"

"We try our best to explain things clearly, as it is a cooperative effort between our office and our patients to restore their mouth to optimal health. Also, if a patient understands their oral health, they can help prevent disease in the future. Our goal is to always be punctual, and yet there can be unforeseeable needs during the treatment process that require additional time. We will continue to try our best!"

In this case, there might not have been a lot of pain, however the situation warranted seeing you in a timely fashion. I've been going to her for years and I love her. She is wonderful. The attitude in the office is very, very upbeat. They are all really, really friendly and they do a good job. She has done a lot of work for me. She helped me when I was in a lot of pain and I actually called her on a weekend at her home. Her husband gave me her cell phone number to call her where she was and she responded. She was really, really nice about it and she was happy to help. She got me in that following Monday morning for the first appointment. She is the most lovely lady. She gives me her cell phone and home phone numbers so I can call her at home. They are always telling stories and there is happiness in her office. I have gone to many dentists that are scary and not pleasant and usually really serious and it is kind of frightening. She is an excellent dentist and she maintains a really happy office. I have nothing but good things to say about her. She is available. You would think that I was her sister but I didn?t know her from Adam. She will refer me if it is something that she doesn?t do like a root canal. My husband also goes to her. I will absolutely continue to see her.

Overall, I still see her as my dentist and will continue to go back. There is a spirit of laughter and overall good humor in her office. Many dentist offices are quiet and scary. You can hear talking and laughter from the waiting room, but she is proficient and my husband sees her too. If I am concerned about what she plans to do, I ask her. She will explain any procedure. She is petite and has small hands (I like that in a dentist, not fond of big hairy hands in my mouth). One important note, she gives you her home phone number. I have called it in the middle of the night in pain when I had the root canal issue. She answered the phone and talked to me. I got in the next early morning. She is available most of the time (no kidding).
