We were ignored from the moment we walked into the store. When we did have questions we had to hunt workers down. For the most part when they saw us coming they put their heads down and walked away without acknowledging us. There are a few workers there that were good, but for the most part we were unimpressed with the customer service. We decided that Lowes no longer needed our support and have moved to making our home improvement purchases at their competitor. Will not be going back.

I used Lowe's for a few things and I would give them a good recommendation in general. It's the shed, and they've done the front door, they did a lot of work for us. I'm very happy with Lowe's. They're very thorough in what they do when they give me an estimate, there's no variable that are left uncovered and one or two cases that there was a little fuzziness in our agreement, they more than made up for any misunderstanding. I've been extremely happy with everything they've done for us. Their price is reasonable. They haven't been perfect but for me what makes a company valuable is that if there is a mistake 'cause no one's perfect, that they address the mistake and more than make up for it and every case that we had a difficulty or a misunderstanding, they've more than made up for it.
