Amazing.. busy practice, especially in context of COVID-19. Really great staff, got my precious kitty in when she stopped eating. Staff was so friendly and compassionate, extremely efficient handling of clients to minimize COVID risks, quickly evaluated my poor sick baby, Sadly she was much more ill than we realize, having a large intestinal mass and a failing liver. Dr Greathouse was straightforward while truly compassionate and patient with me in discussing options, when it was clear that prognosis was grim no matter what we tried. Ultimately kitty declined and we had to euthanize, which was also handled with grace and compassion, not easy but we were deeply impressed with the sweet caring professional staff, neither myself nor my roommate will go to another clinic as long as Lakeview is here for us. They were also quite reasonable in cost even for this emergent situation. nothing but positives in a tough experience. I'm grateful.

He is doing great. Struggled for over a year till I took him here. Very compassionate team. They even called next day to check on him.

They were willing to see him right away. They fixed him up in about an hour and provided clear direction for how we should care for him during recovery. Luckily he didn't have damage to muscle tissue or internal organs, just pretty bad tear in his skin. I'm not sure if it was just luck that someone was available to help him, but overall I was very impressed and the cost was reasonable given the emergency nature of our visit

The surgery went great. We followed Dr. Greathouse from his former practice to this one which he and his wife (Dr. Bartlett) opened together. They are both so kind, compassionate, competent, and patient (especially with our particularly troublesome cat). In our experience, Dr. Greathouse is not prone to radical treatment plans so when, after repeat infections, he recommended this surgery, we trusted his judgement. He did a great job and our dog has had no issues The staff is cheerful, enthusiastic, and helpful. It is always a pleasure to see them when we have appointments. The new building and location is also great.

The staff and waiting time at Lakeview Animal Hospital are excellent. Their price, quality, and responsiveness are excellent too.

Staff was fantastic and took great care of our little guys and us! The team there had answers to all of our questions and went above and beyond to get our stool sample test back within 24 hours even right before Christmas! Good thing they did too because we needed some medications for him. There is no other place I would want to take my dog.

THEIR APPOINTMENTS ARE EXACT SO YOU ARE NOT IN A WAITING ROOM WITH LOADS OF PETS SOME SICK SOME NOT. THEY ARE CARING THE OFFICE STAFF IS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND JUST LOVELY PEOPLE

The last apointment I had went very well as usual. I made the apointment, recieved a reminder call, and was seen promptly. I have been taking my cat there for years for routine check-ups, shots and other health issues. Alway friendly service. Everything is explained very well. Good people.

Adopted a dog April Fools Day. Needed physical and additional shots. This was initial visit and we have been going there ever since. We had an emergency and they took us right in also. Very nice staff!

Lakeview Animal Hospital has always been great. A while back another vet misdiagnosed an eye problem one of my cats had. When it got worse I took my cat to Lakeview Animal Hospital and within minutes the Dr. diagnosed my cat with FHV and began treatment. My little kitten started getting bettter the next day!! I would highly recommend them, they are excellent at what they do and they charge an extremely fair price.

Annual Bordetella vaccinations completed promptly and at a fair price. I have used Lakeview Animal Hospital for 2 years and am completely satisfied with their services and professionalism. Dr. Greathouse was my vet at Kalamazoo Animal Hospital prior to joining his wife's practice at Lakeview.
