The woman who waited on me immediately was able to take me to a session of chairs for short people. She was very careful to my mother's needs. She made several suggestions and we ended up with a chair that she absolutely loves. It had to be special ordered but it came in much sooner than they anticipated. They delivered it to us. She said they were very courteous and quick. They taught her how to use the chair. I went back in and I asked for the opportunity to use their service where someone comes out and looks at the space you want and what you want to do. I warned them that I have a small house and I was talking about 1 room and that was possibly not going to be worth it for sending a consultant and that sort of thing but they did. Two women came out and they made wonderful suggestions. I am happy with the chair and the rug I bought from them. As far as the pricing is concerned, they have some various pricing that helps if you're buying more than one item or if you're buying something that is in a certain group. They have since then called me about something I had showed some interest in that had gone on sale. I did not buy and I realized that's in their best interest as well. It was just a friendly no pressure. There was no follow up when I didn't come in so that's fine. The rug was very comparable. The chair was certainly much less than what I see advertised by other companies. There was no charge for the consultation and I thought the materials are good.

I went in told them I wasn't good at figuring out what colors and sizes would  go good in my livingroom. I talked with the designer she came out measured and I paid over $5000 for the furniture when it came it was all way to big for the room. She would just argue with me that it was fine and she really liked it. I didn't but she wouldn't listen to me. I t was a really bad experience with customer service.

Very good sales presentation and the salesperson was very knowledgeable about the merchandise.
