He was disrespective from the beginning. When I told him I wanted a soft lining he told me I was too spoiled (several times), the said my teeth didn't fit right because my mouth was too small, my tongue was too wide, my lips were too tight. There was always something wrong with me and I felt like I was imposing when I went back for adjustments. I dreaded seeing Krause as he always criticized me and my teeth never fit right. They finally offered me a refund at a fraction of what I had spent on getting my dentures. It wouldn't begin to replace them. I'm still stuck will ill fitting, uncomfortable dentures that cause constant sores in my mouth.

Hygienists were great with my young daughters. Gentle, thorough, and efficient. No trying to push unnecessary services or procedures. Dr. Krause was cordial, with great chair-side manner. Office and facility was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Office staff very friendly on the phone and in person.

I find that his staff is very kind and helpful. They are very patient with kids. Dr. Krause does both pediatric and general dentistry as well.

I usually have the same dental hygenist (for over 10 years), but this time I had a new (to me) hygenist (she explained that they work-share so that my usual hygenist can spend more time with her children (great employer--keep employees happy)....the sub was just as thorough, just as friendly, as my usual......VERY PLEASED.
