"Awesome review, thank you!"
"Wow, Thank you so much [Member Name Removed] Compnay!"
"I wish we had the opportunity to correct this unfortunate situation, I would truely appreciate an opportunity to make this right with you, however there is no way we can treat a house for Bed Bugs for the same price as spiders. Bed Bugs require a totally different treatment method which require different equipment. If you check around with other companies in the area, Bed Bug treatments range in the $1200 to $3000 range, not $150.00. Also, it would have been extremely helpful if you where there at the time of treatment to see the actual conditions we had to work with your tenants. I just wish we would have taken pictures to show you and I think just then you may have had a different impression of the situation. With that being said this is our version of what happened during the treatment process... This review was written by the landlords [Member Name Removed] of the property that were not even present at the time of service. The landlords live in Atlanta, GA while the service was provided in Kalamazoo, MI. They did not witness the service given by my technician at this property at all. We were contacted by the landlord to treat the house for spiders and arrangements where made and scheduled for the treatment. My technician showed up on time and started the treatment, the tenant was not home but the daughter of the tenant was and allowed my technician to proceed with the treatment. The daughter informed my technician that they wanted to house to be treated for bedbugs, my technician informed her that that was not what we where contracted to do. The technician proceeded with the treatment, treating baseboards the best he could as they where blocked by objects and debris. He then treated the exterior of the house too. As my technician was packing up to leave the tenant of the house showed up and insisted that he treat the house again since she wasn't there when he did it the first time. My technician gladly obliged her. This time the family frantically moved the debris and objects away fro the baseboards so he could treat the areas that he did not have access to the first time. Again, the tenant asked to be treated for bed bugs which was not the service we where hired to do. My technician finished the treatment for the 2nd time and the tenant signed off on the service ticket. About two days later we got a call from the tenant complaining that the technician did not complete the service correctly and wanted him to come back and treat a third time. My office manager responded by telling the tenant that she need to give the treatment time to work. The tenant did not like that answer and start using profanity over the phone with my office manager. Again, the tenant was trying to force us into providing a bed bug treatment and when we wouldn't comply with her she resorted to profanity. My office manager immediately call the landlord and informed them of what took place. The landlord and my office manager mutually agreed that this tenant was not a good fit for my company and that we shouldn't have to deal with profanity over the phone. They agreed to mutually terminate the contract. In over 13 years of business I have never had a complaint like this one."
