They did an excellent job. They brought a crane in and had to move it over our neighbor's garage to take it out. There were no issues with their work and we have used them for about 40 years now. He is very trustworthy and we would highly recommend them.

They cleaned up well, unfortunately over-trimmed.

It went very well. It was tight getting their cherry picker back there. They didn't destroy anything and were very careful and courteous. They did an excellent job and I would use them again.

Well! Fast response, rapid scheduling, prompt service. I give them a B only because they neglected to trim a few branches and did not check with me before departing. I would have asked them to finish what may have been overlooked branches.

Wow- top notch company, great responsiveness, great pricing,  terrific crew that came out and took the monster tree down while being pleasant, professional and making it look quite effortless. I've dealt with this company for years, give them a 5 star rating, and recommend them whenever I can!

Polite, professional and safe tree removal, would recommend to anyone wanting a tree to disappear. However, we really wanted to harvest our trees for firewood, and despite communicating this to the owner and the tree removal team repeatedly, we were sad to see so much great fuel turn into mulch. Watched a guy trim off branches so he could fit a huge chunk of wood into mulcher, instead of putting it aside to save! I had a few sleepless nights due to this. The mindset of the team is definitely one of tree removal, not harvest. In the end we really regret this experience.

Difficult job as storm damaged  tree was on a lower level and could only be reached and lifted out with a crane from an upper level.  Company was booked since October had and trouble scheduling crane. Fortunately fallen tree had not hit or damaged house and did not interfere with anything.  When job was finally completed in January it was done in the professional manner this company is known for.

The tree in my front yard was enormous. Me and my neighbors watched from their driveway as this tree came down. It was amazing to watch them work with such accuracy. Had to be taken down in large sections with a crane. The tree in my back yard was not accessible for the equipment so I watched in fascination as they cut the tree and hauled the large sections over the top of my house with the crane and onto the truck in front. Jand B was very professional, prompt and did a superior job of the cleanup. They even sent me a thank you note for allowing them to do the job. You don't see that every day! I would highly recommend them.

I think his name was John, we called Jand B and he came by for an appointment and was very professional, did everything by the book, gave me an estimate and we sealed the deal.
Jand B crew arrived in time, introduced themselves and were very professional, nice guys. The tree was cut down and the wood placed where i instructed them to place it, they left the yard clean and raked. Everything went smoothly the way i like it and i am picky. Good crew leader, took charge when he needed to and his crew worked like a well oiled chain.
The stump grounder came later and ground the stomp, was instructed as to what to expect, because we wanted to do the landscape afterwards ourselves. Everything went smoothly, no problems. But surprised at the mountain of dirt and chips of wood that was left behind after the grounding, even after being told so, but we tackle it. The machine operator was a very pleasant and informative type of person, very affable.
We are happy with Jand B and i would definitely employ them again, matter of fact i have another tree that i need to call them about it, lol.

The wood was delivered promptly and professionally. No complaints there. The wood seems well seasoned. My only problem with the wood was that too many of the pieces were in big chunks and had to be further split. .Also, because I had to pay a delivery charge because of the distance to my house, it ended up being a little pricey.

Carefully prepared back yard for large crane that was needed for the job. Removing the tree took about one day. It was an enormous, difficult job and professionally done. Cleaned up afterward, raked yard. Have used this service before and would recommend.

It went well. My husband was really satisfied. He called back to make an appointment with my husband immediately and he came back for a second consultation and got to work and completed it even quicker than what he thought. His price was very reasonable. We were very happy. He was very responsive to our needs and he gave immediate feedback and scheduled us right away. So all in all it was a terrific experience and we would definitely recommend to anyone else.

He was prompt. When he told me he was going to come in, he did so, considering that it was still snowing out. He did everything well. He was nice and friendly. He knew what he was doing.

We are happy with how the yard looks now and I learned some invaluable lessons about tree service.
