Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel, Woodworking + 2 more
They were the lowest bidder and they contracted everything else. They had different people doing different jobs. I have seen the problems that have never been fixed. When people come in and they say that the kitchen looks beautiful. I was the only one who has seen them not coming back to the little things and they got appalled that they got it done that way. Nobody ever sent anybody to fix it, so I don't believe that they were that appalled. I would tell people not to use them. They charged me for all the measurements that they did during the first day of construction. They were going to rip up my new dining room floor that I had just laid by another company to put the tile in my dining room and the kitchen instead of the whole big huge area that was all gutted. The contractors came and measured wrong for the cupboards. Then they had to rip out the ceilings and redo things, so that the cupboard would fit. The countertop was cut wrong because they put a number in with one digit off and they put the sink in that I brought. They drove all the way to get me the sink that matches the number that they cut out. It was $4500 wasted for them because they put the numbers in wrong. The refrigerator doesn't work fine and the oven has an issue. They had to cut three different times for the outlet because they kept putting it in the wrong spot for where they were putting the appliances. I don't think there was one thing that went well with me. The project overshot to 4 months. They seemed professional in the start; but by the end of the job, I got to know they were acting.

Carpet Installation
The whole process took a long time. It took about 25 days to get them to install it after ordering it. There were communication problems, they messed up the measurements, and a couple other things just made it quite a hassle. They did an alright job once they got to installing it, but the process up until this point was a hassle.

Cabinet Making
The designer we worked with was very good. He his drawings were excellent, and everything just fell into place. The installation process went smoothly, and the outcome of their work was truly impressive. Also, their pricing was extremely competitive.
