I have dealt with Hannapel's on Shaver Rd for about a decade now. As we could afford it, we would replace windows and doors in our home. Always got best quality and advice from Mark, didn't ever just line us up for the "big $$$$".  When I moved to remodel the kitchen and replace 5 BIG windows in 2014, again, Hannapel's was right there with me, and delivered the product right to the contractors, storing product until they were about to be installed (instead of in the garage at my house with all the other commotion going on). Went to several kitchen planners  in 2014, Hannapel's offered best bang for the buck, best product and best workability factor with any questions or concerns that came up. Responsive, professional, on top of product line and order delivery. Did walk out level windows and doors in 2015. I have had Mark and kitchen planners out to the house for specific ideas and measurements, feedback is terrific and suggestions work out better with their expertise, which I have come to trust unconditionally. Nice showroom, good staff, and honest. Now moving into stage three of a remodel- and yep- I start right out at Hannapel's because that's how much I've come to trust them. Windows, cabinets and bath plus ideas......I am very confident in their recommendations and suggestions. Very good experience! I'll be sorry to see the three year remodel end because I'll miss Hannapel's input to the processes.

Hannapel Home Center has a variety of quality products. What we have bought from them are windows and doors, but they also have kitchen cabinets and I think they do countertops. They sell the product, but I don't know if they actually install or have independent installers that work for them. Anything that we have purchased we've installed ourselves, but they're very knowledgeable and nice people to do business with. You can't buy any tools there and I think originally they just did windows and doors but now they have kitchen cabinets and countertops in there too. They might have some glue to put the stuff on and something like that, but it's certainly not a Lowe's or anything like that.
