CRYSTAL CARWASH

Used this facility for years.  Had car passes, etc.  Have run through this one and the other in Kalamazoo more than 50 times.
This past Friday it left a really rough milky film and they ran it through again, stripped all wax off and left a nasty resin.
Same result along with 2 other cars pulling over for the same complaint after just going through the wash, 1 left.
 Gary the manager came out with 2 paper towels and started scrubbing saying we could have brought the vehicles in that way and he won't take my name in case I cannot clean it off.  I asked him to leave my vehicle alone since it was in the sun and was just making it worse and not resolving anything.  The poor lady that he continued to insult and take paper towels to remained after I left.  She explaining her vehicle was far better off prior to going through the wash.  After putting it in my garage to cool off and spending over an hour and a half I was able to get most of the spots off with detailing wax sprays and numerous rags.  He seemed more concerned about discarding any concerns and then throwing insults about the vehicle's brakes squeaking (?)   and what they will not do.  Again, we have used them for years for all of our vehicles without problems but with this past experience, never again.  I tried to call and speak with someone with no avail.
