I took my old model singer in for a tune up, including necessary repairs.  I received a call a couple days later letting me know she had looked at it and determined that it would cost a minimum of $90.00 dollars to get it back up and running and pointed out that this meant I would be paying more for repair than what the machine is worth.  When I asked what I owed for her time spent evaluating it, she said "no charge"!!!  Excellent customer service.  When I picked up my machine, she let me know what she had for new machines, including specials, but did not pressure me to buy.

This is the second time I have taken this machine to them. The service is quick and thorough, and I am always pleased with the results. Their prices are always much better than their competitors. I thought I might have to replace the machine, but these folks know their business when it comes to sewing machine repair. And you couldn't ask for more gracious service. It's a small privately owned business with old-fashioned service and values, the kind it's hard to find any more. They also sell new machines and some supplies, but I will never take my sewing machine anywhere else as long as they are in business.
