I have 19" rims so my tires were more expensive. The rep helping me did the alignment for free. Except for the cost which I wasn't expecting, I walked away a happy customer.

Scheduled service on line. It was done promptly. Counter people were courteous. Only minor negative was they thought it needed a wheel alignment and they had just been alligned (so we didn't let them do it). Best price we found for the quality of tires.

We have bought tires here before and were happy with their service so we brought the car in for a major repair. They had it done the same day and called when it was finished. We didn't have any other problems with it. We will continue to buy tires here also since they have repaired them for free when I ran over a nail. This summer we had them replace a tie rod on my van and were once again happy with their work.

I like their service. The guys in there are very nice. You can take your vehicle back there any time, and they will rotate your tires for free, and they will fill the tires with air that keeps your tire inflated longer, and they will do your oil change. They do things for free for you too. Their price is just fine because I have compared. I can even get online and make an appointment. Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes, but nothing that you don't plan on.

My tires pressure kept getting low and for a while it was every couple months but lately it's been every 2 wks. Was worried that something might be wrong with the tires and have to replace a couple of them even though I knew the tread wasn't even half worn yet. Went in and he said he would check them. Turns out they were coroted and they had to clean them and reseal them. He gave me $3.00 off for each tire before they even pulled my car in. And when they went to balance them they called me back to see that the center core emblem had been epoxied by someone prior to that. They were very thoughtful and just wanted to make sure I knew about it. It wasn't anything that would hurt the tire and they were not sure they could get them off without them breaking. Turns out they did just fine and I was relieved that I didn't have to replace any tires. I really liked the good service I received there and will go back again
