|Very impressed with sales rep from Vincent. Took his time, extremely knowledgeable, was the only one who noticed runs not completed. Was also the only one to correctly identify all runs and returns. He had several options on furnaces, Amana, was one on his list I had been strongly leaning toward (liked 1 million fire heat exchanger and warranty). I asked him at the end what would be his preference, Amana was something he had researched himself and had installed in his home. I also liked the fact that the company has been around awhile, and could stand by their installation warranty. Price was a bit on the high side, but not outrageous. Sales rep also said that their quote may end up a little bit higher, but really stood by quality of work. Very resistant to negotiations (which isn't always a bad thing).

|Tom was the main installer, had one helper. There was another tech that came in after they had old furnaces disassembled to help with install. Tom was awesome. His was super friendly, very courteous, everyone was professionally dressed. Tom was able to figure out the "impossible" return fairly quickly. Work was done quickly.
