Excellent.... Crew was courteous and efficient....very professional!

Awful, terrible, unresponsive, misleading statements also known as lies. Roofing Crew was rude and unprofessional. Office was negligent about the shoddy work that was basically fraud. One bright spot was a separate crew that worked on my upper soffit, very professional and pleasant. Gutter crew was subbed out and they were also good. The roofing crew was related (brothers) and they were not going to admit to their fraud.

Iif I had to list the 5 worst home improvement projects from contractors I would save the top 3 for Reasonable Roofing and Remolding. I caught the roofing crew NOT putting down the underlayment. It was a large area that the General Manager Bill and his staff called a lack of attention to detail. They had to come back to replace a flapper vent and when they took off some some shingles it was bare roof decking. The roofer started to throw his crew under the bus, he roofed this part of the house, he was lying. They did not pull permits for the project which is required by the city of Troy, I caught them by going over to the city building department. Their contract CLEARLY states they WILL pull permits before the start date. The city inspector found 5 problems and he could not believe the photo I showed him of the bare roof deck. Reasonable said they took photos of the whole project, they did NOT. They were 12 weeks over the promised project start date, they took another 4 weeks to finish the project. The crew left nails all over my driveway, threw a gutter on a small Japanese maple tearing off 2 branches and was tossing shingles on my new AC compressor. The whole office was terrible about returning calls and have a major problem with honesty. They told me one story about why they did NOT pull a permit BEFORE the start of the job and then the city of Troy made them sign a Hold Harmless agreement that required them to state a reason for not pulling a permit, I have a copy of that Hold Harmless agreement and their written excuse was a fax machine malfunction, that is NOT what they told me. I was told I would get an extended warranty for my troubles, silence from them on that one. I was told I would get 24 hour notice before the start of the job, I got one hour. The salesman Brian told me my soffit and gutter work would start in 2 days, it started nearly 4 weeks later. If you are a homeowner i would tell you to stay away from this Unreasonable company. I was told by Erica that the owner is a hands off owner, that is obvious from the terrible service.

Great -- they did the work without me having to be there and communicated well. Going to use them again this fall for a larger job.

Three-man crew worked diligently in horrific heat and humidity. I am extremely pleasant with the job, its like a brand new house.

Crew arrived on time each day & work progressed at good rate forman only took time to answer my questions. Only delays were due rain.

After the job was completed they cleaned up very good.

Very professional & prompt. Arrived for assessment & estimate. Started work 2 days later. Finished that day. Especially pleased that contractor sent photos of completed work to me from the roof-Close-ups of detailed areas.

From the get go I knew that of the four companies I had out, they were the most professional and reliable company! I didn't feel pressured into a decision that day and did my homework on them. They made the financing so easy and approval was quick. Their office was quite impressive and well organized and further reassured me that i made the right decision. The crew that showed up did an excellent job and kept me in the loop of what was going on day by day. Excellent clean up and property protection. I will use them again for future projects!

A man came and looked the roof over and left an estimate. I gave the OK and the crew came and did an excellent job. Picked up all of the left overs.

The rep gave me quote for roof, explained what work would be performed in detail. Work crew who installed new roof were professional and hard workers I let them catch fish in our pond of all salesmen who came yours was the best. I cannot express how thank you we are that your company really did a good.

The sales consultant came out within 2 days of our call and provided all of our options with pricing estimates. They worked quickly always on time, working one full day. They finished on time within 3 days of the start. They cleaned up after themselves , it was great.

They were so friendly and understanding with me. They also worked around my schedule, and made sure that all the old shingles and all the materials used including nails were all cleaned up from my yard. My house and yard looked amazing, I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone!

The crew was prompt to work whey did an amazing job, clean up completely when finished.
