Excellent.... Crew was courteous and efficient....very professional!

Awful, terrible, unresponsive, misleading statements also known as lies. Roofing Crew was rude and unprofessional. Office was negligent about the shoddy work that was basically fraud. One bright spot was a separate crew that worked on my upper soffit, very professional and pleasant. Gutter crew was subbed out and they were also good. Iif I had to list the 5 worst home improvement projects from contractors I would save the top 3 for Reasonable Roofing and Remolding. I caught the roofing crew NOT putting down the underlayment. It was a large area that the General Manager Bill and his staff called a lack of attention to detail. Great -- they did the work without me having to be there and communicated well. Going to use them again this fall for a larger job.

Excellent work and crew was very polite and performed up and beyond their goal.
