Fresh Air One Hour Heating And Cooling Port Huron

First I was told there was an obstruction in the duct work
although there was no reduction of air coming from the ducts.  I was assured an obstruction to the ductwork
was the problem and so I re-routed the duct work according to the instructions
of the Fresh Air company owner.  This did
not resolve the issue with the owner stating his continual reply after all of
his numerous fixes did not work, ?I didn?t really think that was the
problem?.  Fresh Air was never able to
resolve the problem which was caused by a lack of return air flow to the
furnace.  Three other HVAC companies
giving estimates for a new furnace diagnosed the problem in less than 15
minutes.  The owner of Fresh Air One Hour
Heating could not. 
Among his many suggestions was the cleaning and then the
replacement of the air conditioning cool which did nothing except cost me
$1100.00. This last unnecessary attempted fix ultimately forced me to replace
my 3 ton ac unit which I had no prior problems with.  The owner was then going to replace my 3 ton
unit with a 2 ½ ton unit which would not be sufficient to cover the square
footage of the house.  The owner of this
company was not truthful in his transactions and was not able to resolve a
problem other HVAC technicians solved in little time.  I spent over five months of taking time off
from work and spent over $1500.00 for nothing. 
I do not consider this company reputable and I would caution not to use.
